REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of February 13, 2018.  The ABC is Php 520,000.00:

• Eight (8) units Airconditioning System

–       2HP Airconditioning System Split-type with inverter

–       Warranty: 1 year with local service center

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Warranty for required for equipment shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year from date of acceptance by the end-user

d. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

e. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation

f. Suppliers shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the equipment being offered.
