TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of July 31, 2017.  The ABC is Php 310,000.00:

One (1) lot Inks for Fax and Printer

–       Forty (40) pieces Canon (CL 811) color ink

–       Forty (40) pieces Canon (PG 810) black ink

–       Forty (40) pieces HP 680 color

–       Forty (40) pieces HP 680 black

–       Thirty (30) pieces Brother TN-240 BK

–       One (1) set Drum Unit DR – 240 CL

–       Eight (8) pieces Brother TN-2025 toner

–       Six (6) pieces HP Laser Jet 12A Cartridge

–       Six (6) pieces HP Laser Jet 85A Cartridge

–       Twenty (20) pieces Canon (CL 41) color

–       Twenty (20) pieces Canon (PG 40) black

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Warranty for required for equipment shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year from date of acceptance by the end-user

d. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

e. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation

f. Suppliers shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the equipment being offered.
