REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “Design and Build – Fencing of Bolinao Satellite-Telemetered Seismic Station”.  The ABC is Php 600,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on September 18, 2018, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.

–       PHILGEPS Registration Number

–       PCAB License

–       Income / Business Tax Return
