The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for ” 1 LOT
Repair and Renovation of Callao Seismic Station (CVP).
Water System Connection
including labor and materials for pipe lay-out by local water concessionaire.
Termite Treatment
– for both ground and wooden parts of 120 sq. m Callao Seismic Station (CVP) and 400 sq.m lot area
(see attached detailed scope of works)

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
