TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of June 17, 2018.  The ABC is Php 65,000.00:

• One (1) lot Catering Services
• Lunch and Morning snacks for 100 people with the following meal requirements:
• Buffet lunch to consist of soup, vegetable and at least 2 meat dishes (fish (no fish fillet), beef, pork or chicken), fresh fruit dessert, rice, juice (no powdered juice), free flowing coffee, fresh milk, tea, 10 servings of chips/nuts/candies per day.
• Menu to be pre-approved by requestee.
• No msg, magic sarap, and similar condiments in the meals
• Subject to food test and inspection of kitchen/preparation facility for cleanliness.
• With Complete Catering Package that includes:
• Guest tables and chairs set up
• Metal utensils, Plates, Bowls
• Floor length table lines and chairs covers
• Buffet Table setup
• Purified Water and ice
• Uniformed waiter service
