TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of December 12, 2017.  The ABC is Php 468,000.00:

Catering Services for Three Hundred Ten (310) pax

–       December 18-21, 2017 –  Four (4) days packed lunch good for One (1) person which includes rice, 2 courses- fish/meat, vegetable, dessert-fresh fruit and drinks

Catering Services for Four Hundred (400) pax

–       December 22, 2017 – One day with AM and PM snacks, Lunch which includes rice, 4 courses, vegetable salad, fruit salad, flowing drinks, dessert (3) kinds of fruits and soup

Provision of party tables and chairs on December 22 for 400 persons

Venue: PHIVOLCS Auditorium

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

d. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation
