INVITATION TO BID

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) NEW MULTIPARAMETER STATION IN TAAL MAIN CRATER AND THREE (3) MAGNETOMETER VAULTS IN TAAL VOLCANO ISLAND”. The ABC is P 2,500,000.00.

 

The opening of bids shall be on August 27, 2025 1:30 pm at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

 

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.

Kindly submit the required Technical and Financial Documents in three (3) sets (refer to the Bidding Documents attached).
