The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairperson at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later than September 6, 2023. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽140,000.00.

 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT COPY PAPER

• 500 reams Copy Paper, A4 size, 80 gsm
• 20 reams Copy Paper, 8-1/2 x 11, 80 gsm
• 100 reams Copy Paper, 8-1/2 x 14, 80 gsm

 

Kindly submit your sealed quotations with the following requirements:
– Mayor’s/Business Permit
– PHILGEPS Registration Number

 

Conditions:
a. All entries must be typewritten.
b. Delivery period must be ASAP.
c. Price validity must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days
