The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of July 9, 2018.  The ABC is Php 50,000.00:

• Twenty Five (1) lots Epson Ink

–       Ten (10) lots T774 Epson (Black)

–       Five (5) lots C664 Epson (Cyan)

–       Five (5) lots M664 Epson (Magenta)

–       Five (5) lots Y664 Epson (Yellow)

Conditions:

1. All entries must be typewritten.
2. Delivery period, ASAP.
3. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days
4. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of

the requested quotation
