The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for ” 1 LOT(s)

JOB TITLE:  Design, Fabrication, and Installation of PHIVOLCS Centerpiece Exhibit for NSTW 2018, July 17-21, 2018 at World Trade Center, Pasay City

 

1.) Fabrication:

1.1 (2) units Display Panels (.50m W x 1.50m H) with Metal Pole

1.2  (5) units Standalone Display Panels (.90m W x 2m H)

1.3  (1) unit Counter Table – Duco finish with cabinet (.90m W x .40m L x .80m H)

1.4  (1) unit Backwall Partition – Wood and Metal support fabricated

(including styro cut out for signage) – 50m W x 3m diameter

1.5  Graphics Printing – Sintra board

1.6  Lighted Embossed signages

2.) Rental:

2.1 Carpet (according to the color theme of DRR cluster)

2.2 (1) lot Lighting

2.3 (1) lot Wood platform and carpet finish

2.4 (2) pcs. Spot Light

2.4 Power outlet and other electrical requirement

3.) Set-up / Installation

“. The ABC is Php 180,000.00. The opening of bids shall be on 1:30 PM, July 04, 2018 at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C..

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
