REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Negotiated Small Value Procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for “Fabrication and Installation of Tsunami signages in designated areas in Brgy. Quilitisan and Balitoc and evacuation map stickers for 16 coastal barangays in Calatagan, Batangas”. The ABC is ₱ 200,000.00

 

The opening of bids shall be on September 20, 2024, 1:30 pm at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

 

In view of the bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/Informalities therein and to accept such bids to may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.

 

Kindly submit your signed and sealed quotations with the following requirements:
– Mayor’s/Business Permit
– PHILGEPS Registration Number
– Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
