The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later December 13, 2018. The Approved Budget for the Contract is         ₽ 200,000.00.

• Glass Door: Swing type
• Aluminum Frame

Door Specification (approximate) – Width = 89 cm, Height = 216 cm

Note: Please conduct site ocular inspection and acquire actual measurements before constructions Biometrics

• Access Lock:

Fingerprint, Pin code and RFID access

Magnetic lock (500 lbs. or more)

Emergency Power supply for lock system in case of power interruption
