Contract Duration:
June 2023 (can be renewed if performance is at least satisfactory).
Job description:
■ Records minutes of the meetings
■ Drafts related administrative reports, as may be required by supervisors
■ Preferably able to review and draft contracts, Memorandum of Agreements, and other related documents
■ Preferably able to propose marketing strategies for the promotion of the GeoRisk Project
■ Analyze and assess project budget estimates, financial plans, fund utilization reports
■ Write articles on events, trainings and other engagements
■ Can collaborate with co-workers and other stakeholders
■ Performs other tasks that may be assigned
○ Educational background
■ Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Management, Communication or any related courses are encouraged to apply
○ Required skills and qualities
■ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint)
■ Public relation skills
■ Demonstrates good written communication and interpersonal skills
