December 2020 – December 2021 (can be renewed if performance is at least satisfactory) 

Job description:

- Assist in preparation of the annual GAD Plan and Budget of PHIVOLCS 

- Assist in the implementation of PHIVOLCS/GAD Learning and Development interventions.

Assist in receiving, sending and recording incoming and outgoing GAD-related documents, scanning significant records, and other related activities 

- Assist workplace management activities including filing of GAD documents and records.

- Maintain GAD database including sex-disaggregated data, personnel attendance to GAD related activities.

- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time


 Educational background

At least 2 years college 


Required skills and qualities

- Familiar with Gender and Development concepts 

- Work background related to processing of GAD data is a must.

- Participation in GAD trainings or activities  

- Able to navigate simple information management systems; MS Office particularly Excel and word 

- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills
