Job description:
■ Assist in preparation of the annual GAD Plan and Budget of PHIVOLCS
■ Assist in the implementation of PHIVOLCS/GAD Learning and Development interventions.
■ Assist in receiving, sending and recording incoming and outgoing GAD-related documents, scanning significant records, and other related activities
■ Assist workplace management activities including filing of GAD documents and records.
■ Maintain GAD database including sex disaggregated data, personnel attendance to GAD related activities.
■ Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
○ Educational background
■ At least 2 years college
○ Required skills and qualities
■ Familiar with Gender and Development concepts
■ Work background related to processing of GAD data is a must.
■ Participation in GAD trainings or activities
■ Able to navigate simple information management systems; MS Office particularly Excel and word
■ Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills
