(1) Science Research Assistant
Brief Description of the Position
Frontline services and assist in facilitation of the division's concerns;
In charge of the basic archives and records management; Prepare GDAPD administrative related documents (procurement, travel, etc.);
Manage and prioritize volume of incoming and outgoing communication for the division with high degree of discretion and trustworthiness;
Provide prudent advice to Division Chief and Section Heads on administrative and day to day activities of the division;
Assist in the delivery of information to the stakeholders;
Closely adhere to office policies, guidelines and procedures;
Performs other duties assigned

Qualification Standards
Education
Completion of 2 years studies in college.
Graduates of Business Administration or any related fields are encouraged to apply.
Training
4 hours of relevant training
Experience
1 year of relevant experience.
Those with experience and knowledge on basic archives and records management are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge on records management; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.); High degree of attention to detail in managing fiscal matters
