Project title: Earthquake Hazards Assessment and Mapping Project – Liquefaction Component
Contract Duration:
April –June 2022 (can be renewed if performance is at least satisfactory)
Job Description:
Assist in preparation of pre-and post-fieldwork coordination and data preparation and collection
Assist in data collection during fieldworks
Use GIS software to create and manipulate vector files and automate processes related to liquefaction assessment
Assist in writing technical reports and creating technical review presentations
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Geology or any related courses are encouraged to apply
Experience/Training/Competency
Knowledge in Geographic Information System (GIS), preferably ArcGIS
Basic knowledge in data management and Microsoft Office
Good technical report writing skills
