Brief Description of the Position
• Supervises tha Budget Section; Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, including submission of the Annual Budget;
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of Budget Execution Documents (BED), Budget and Financial Accountability Report (BFAR) to DBM and other reports required by various agency such as but not limited to DBM, COA and DOST;
• Review, evaluate and sign all requests for obligations;
• Monitor registries of funds, appropriations, allotments, and obligations;
• Disseminate information pertaining to DBM issuances on budget-related matters;
• Perform other functions as may be assigned

Qualification Standards
Education
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.

 

Training
8 hours of relevant training.

Experience
