Job Description:
Manage and supervise project activities and staff performance
Exercises overall supervision and control of all program’s objectives and activities of the project
Set and ensure achievement of goals and targets for the understanding and monitoring of SHADE project
Lead research into Seismic Hazard Assessment and Design Earthquake of the Philippines (SHADE) project
Write a technical research report paper for the project
Conduct work related to implementation of SHADE project
Work on parallel computing machine
Create and manipulate maps in GIS or any mapping tools ARGIS, QGIS and GMT
Conduct research for NSCP 2015, ASCE 7-05,7-10, 7-16, 7-22 Design codes
Performs other tasks that may be assigned
Educational Background
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Engineering or any related courses are encouraged to apply
Experience/Training/Competency
At least 2 years of experience in supervising a project
Technical knowledge and writing skills
