Job description
- Provide Assistance in Administrative filing of reports, bookkeeping and other clerical tasks
- Effectively communicate with departments within the agency regarding updates and follow-ups on projects requests
- Perform other clerical tasks that may be assigned
- Comply with implementing agency rules and regulations
Educational background
Completion of two-year studies in college, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Required skills and qualities
- At least 1-year relevant work experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service and secretarial tasks
- Basic computer operation such as Microsoft and Google Programs
- Presentation and updating of records
