Contract Duration:
September– December 2023

 

Job description

    • Provide Assistance in Administrative filing of reports, bookkeeping and other clerical tasks
    • Effectively communicate with departments within the agency regarding updates and follow-ups on projects requests
    • Perform other clerical tasks that may be assigned
    • Comply with implementing agency rules and regulations

 

Educational background
Completion of two-year studies in college, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

Required skills and qualities

    • At least 1-year relevant work experience is a plus
    • Experience in customer service and secretarial tasks
    • Basic computer operation such as Microsoft and Google Programs
    • Presentation and updating of records
