Monthly Salary: P25,355.00/month
Project Title: DETect Faults
Contract Duration: February-June 2024
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Use of GIS software to create and manipulate vector files, automate routine processes, and develop and manage workflows
2. Assist in processing and analyzing remote-sensing data and interpreting landforms related to uplifted marine terraces and tectonic deformation
3. Compile related literature and existing datasets needed for analysis
4. Assist in data collection during fieldwork and site surveys
5. Manage and process post-fieldwork data
6. Assist in creating presentations
7. Assist in writing technical reports
8. Assist in building and populating the database
9. Contribute ideas during meetings and reviews
10. Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time, including involvement in other projects
Educational Background:
- Graduate or undergraduate of either BS Geology or BS Geography
Experience/Training/Competencies:
1. Knowledgeable in any GIS software
2. Basic knowledge of data management and Microsoft Office
3. Basic mapping skills
4. Basic science research, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Good technical report writing and written communication skills
One (1) Project Administrative Aide III
Monthly Salary: P21,064.00/month
Project Title: DETect Faults
Contract Duration: January-June 2024
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administers travel and other FAD-related documents (TO, IT, Procurement, Cash Advance, etc.)
2. Assists in coordination and communication with concerned LGUs
3. Coordinates and documents scheduled activities to ensure delivery of results on time
4. Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background:
- Completion of 2 years of studies in college
Experience/Training/Competencies:
1. Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Computer literate
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Attention to details
