Brief Description of the Position
- Handles procurement monitoring of goods and services and prepares documents related to acceptance of the delivery;
- Handles submission to COA of requirements related deliveries;
- Communicate with suppliers, end-users and inspector related to delivery schedule, delivered goods and warranty requirements;
- Preparation of property numbering, tagging of delivered goods and releasing to end-users;
- Handle inventory of all OOE and prepare reports of inventory requirements;
- Prepare simple dashboard of delivery monitoring and releasing;
- Handles the monthly status of projects and funds;
- Perform other functions as may be assigned.
