Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supports in the maintenance of the GeoRiskPH Integrated Platform, GeoRiskPH Integrated (Database) System
2. Assists in organizing training and workshops
3. Facilitates GeoRiskPH Trainings and other related engagements
4. Assists in enhancing training materials used in GeoRiskPH trainings
5. Input borehole information into the 3D Information System
6. Writes Technical papers.
7. Generate 2D/3D of subsurface data using borehole information
8. Conducts research that could improve the GeoRiskPH System or related platforms.
9. Manages social media platforms of GeoRiskPH
10. Creates public material for related to GeoRiskPH
11. Documents activities related to GeoRiskPH
12. Generates relevant maps.
13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Experience/Training/Competency
- Critical thinker
- Analytical
- Knowledgeable and skilled in GIS applications, preferably ArcGIS, knowledgeable with borehole data
