One (1) PROJECT TECHNICAL AIDE VI

 

Project title: Innovations Laboratory for Geospatial, Remote Sensing, Product Development and Other R&D Solutions for DRR-CC (INNOLABS) - Component 4 (Mapping Application Using Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA))

 

Employment status: Contract of services under GeomHAS

 

Contract Duration: February to June 2025

 

Monthly Salary:Php25,453.00 /month

 

Educational Background
- Graduate of either BS Geology, BS Geodetic Engineering, Applied Physics or related degrees

 

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Processing of Remote Sensing (RS) data on RPA derivatives
2. Assist in planning, coordination, facilitating and join fieldwork activities
3. Assist in writing reports
4. Contribute ideas during meetings and reviews
5. Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time, including involvement in other projects


Experience/Training/Competencies:
1. Familiarity with RPA technology and applications preferred
2. Familiarity with operating and processing RPAs derivatives preferred
3. Knowledge in Geographic Information System (GIS) (ex. ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) and RS image processing software is preferred
4. Basic science research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
5. Good technical report writing skills
