Program/Project Title: Accelerated Earthquake Multi-hazards Mapping and Risk Assessment Program of the Philippines (ACER Program) - Spatio-temporal Land Cover Mapping for Risk Assessments in Land Use Planning through AI (LUPA Project)
Monthly Salary: P 38,694
Employment Status:
Contract of Service under Geomatics and Hazards Assessment Service Section of Geology and Geophysics Research and Development Division (GGRDD).
Educational Background:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably management courses, office administrative courses are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Prepares and organize timely accomplishment of administrative requirements and other documents of the project
- Processes all accounting-related concerns of the project (budget tracking, pre- and post-travel documents, cash advance, procurement, etc.)
- Assists the Project Leader and Senior SRS
- Assists in the technical activities of the project
- Facilitates coordination and communication with LGUs and other agencies
- Assists in the conduct of fieldwork and data collection
- Assists in inventory, maintaining and calibrating equipment and instruments
- Perform other tasks as may be require
Experience/Training/Competency:
- Able, willing, and fit to travel and conduct fieldworks
- Advanced communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Proficient in written and oral communication (English and Tagalog)
- Detail-oriented
