Project title: Audio-Visual Facilities Production, Documentation and Archive System
Employment status: Contract of services under Geologic Disaster Awareness & Preparedness Division
Contract Duration: April 2025 to June 2025
Monthly Salary: Php 27, 871.00/month
Educational Background
Multimedia Arts, Graphic arts, Fine Arts, Audio-visual, and Development Communication
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Documents DOST-PHIVOLCS activities (face-to-face, hybrid, online).
- Sets up and operates audio-visual equipment.
- Assists in the development and production of print, digital, and audio-visual materials.
- Assist in the promotion and distribution of print information materials.
- Coordinate meetings/ or reviews of new information materials with other divisions and the suppliers.
- Performs routine maintenance and keep track the status of AV equipment.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Experience/Training/Competencies:
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills
- Experience in using DSLR camera preferred
- Basic skills in photography and videography
- Basic knowledge on video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
- Adobe photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and other image editing software(Adobe photoshop, lightroom)
