Brief Description of the Position

Supervise the Geochemical Monitoring and R&D Section; Report to the head of the Division; Responsible for leading, supervising and assessing geochemical monitoring and research activities on the Philippines' most active volcanoes; Developing and managing the application of new geochemical techniques and technologies; Managing the performance of GCRD staff as well as the upkeep and intergrity of the Geochemistry Laboratory ; Performs other functions as may be assigned

P 31,765.00

Qualification Standards

Education

Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.

Licensed Chemists or Chemical Engineers are encouraged to apply.

 

Training

4 hours of relevant training

 

Experience

1 year of experience.  Those with experience in volcano database programming are encouraged to apply.
