Job description:
- Assist in the implementation of PHIVOLCS Learning and
Development interventions
- Assist in the implementation of PHIVOLCS Quality Management
System
- Assist in receiving, sending and recording incoming and outgoing
documents, scanning significant records, and other related
activities
- Assist workplace management activities including filing of
documents and records
- Prepare HR information materials
- Assist in GAD-related activities
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job description:
- Assist in the development of interactive exhibit materials
- Assist in the promotion of PHIVOLCS disaster preparedness and
risk reduction exhibit
- Encode and summarize evaluation forms of exhibit evaluation
forms
- Assist in the daily operations of GDAPD such as but not limited to
frontline services of the division
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational background
- Graphic arts, Fine arts, Multimedia Arts, Communication graduate
Required skills and qualities
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and
other image editing software
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

- Assist in the preparation of Tsunami DRR (National Summit) forms
- Assist in the preparation of Tsunami DRR (National Summit)
supplies, materials and training/ seminar/ activity kits
- Encode summarize Tsunami DRR (National Summit) forms
- Assist in the daily operations of GDAPD such as but not limited to
frontline services of the division
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational background
