In view of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified ECQ in NCR and its adjacent provinces, DOST-PHIVOLCS is releasing all unpaid Hazard Assessment Reports (HAR), from June 2020 to April 15, 2021, via its Online Hazard Assessment Service Platform. Kindly download your HARs through the online platform.

For private entities, kindly pay at the DOST-PHIVOLCS cashier when the M/ECQ is lifted or send via LBC door-to-door payment (only) so we could issue Official Receipts.
