The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) invites interested Local Concessionaires with at least two (2) years of experience in operating a canteen/cafeteria to submit their price proposal/quotation subject to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the operation of the PHIVOLCS Canteen located at the PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.  The PHIVOLCS canteen is open to serve PHIVOLCS employees with an approximately 100 employees working on the premises and to walk-in customers from the nearby offices.

Interested concessionaires may submit the list of pre-qualification requirements to the PHIVOLCS Canteen Committee at the contact information below on or before April 15, 2026, through manual submission or email.

A meeting with all the providers with complete pre-qualification documents will be held on 17 April 2026 at the PHIVOLCS Office to discuss the requirements of the project.
