TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) invites all interested bidders to participate and submit bids in connection with the  “Design and Build for the Construction of Two (2) Broadband Seismic Stations on Isarog and Iriga Volcanoes” as per Purchase Request No. 420170300791. The ABC is Php 3,000,000.00.

The following is the schedule of procurement activities for the abovementioned requirement:

  • Issuance and Availability of Bid Forms/               – July 6, 2017

Bidding Documents

  • Pre-bid Conference                                              – July 13, 2017
  • Submission and Opening of Bids                         – July 25, 2017

In view of this public bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
