INVITATION TO BID

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable computer programmer to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “Hiring and/or Engaging the Services of an IT Consultant for Two (2) Years Covering the Period August 1, 2018 – July 31, 2020”.  The ABC is Php 750,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on August 10, 2018, 1:30 p.m. at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
