Job Description
- Support the maintenance and operational efficiency of Project 3’s systems and platforms, ensuring reliability and optimal performance;
- Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) plans, test cases, and validation protocols for geospatial systems, decision-support tools, and chatbot platforms;
- Conduct comprehensive functional, usability, and performance testing across system components during development, integration, and deployment phases;
- Monitor and evaluate compliance of system outputs with defined project specifications, user requirements, and data quality standards;
- Facilitate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the collection, synthesis, and analysis of user feedback to support continuous system refinement;
- Identify, log, and track software bugs or system issues; collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution;
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of datasets used in system tools and models to maintain data integrity and decision-making reliability;
- Review system documentation to ensure alignment with actual system functions and operational behaviors;
- Participate in system deployment and roll-out activities to validate system functionality and support post-launch improvements;
- Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of QA guidelines, testing procedures, and continuous improvement strategies aligned with industrial engineering practices;
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Project Leader and senior project staff.
Educational Background
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Geospatial-related courses (Geology, Geography; Geodetic Engineering). Other courses: BS Fine Arts, BS Multimedia Arts
Experience/Training/Competency
Critical thinker; Analytical; Knowledgeable and skilled in processes and systems evaluation and management;
