Project title: Gender and Development
Employment status: Contract of Services under HRMD
Contract Duration: 6 months
Job Description
– Assist in the preparation of the annual GAD Plan and Budget of PHIVOLCS.
– Assist in the implementation of PHIVOLCS/GAD Learning and Development interventions.
– Assist in receiving, sending, and recording incoming and outgoing GAD-related documents, scanning significant records, and other related activities.
– Assist workplace management activities, including filing of GAD documents and records.
– Maintain the GAD database, including sec disaggregated data, and personnel attendance to GAD-related activities.
– Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background
– Minimum: 2 years in college/university
– Preferred: Bachelor of Arts, Major in Community Development, Women’s Studies.
Experience/Training/Competency
– Familiar with Gender and Development concepts.
– Work background related to the processing of GAD data is a must.
– Participation in GAD trainings or activities.
– Able to navigate simple information management systems: MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
