Implementing Agency: Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS)
Contract Duration: January to June 2025 (may be renewed if performance is satisfactory)
Monthly Salary: PhP 22, 748
Job Description
- Receives incoming and disseminates outgoing documents
- Scans OT Permit and OT Accomplishment Reports and other HR documented information
- Prepares necessary documents for the payment of PHIVOLCS Main Office utilities such as but not limited to electricity, water, telephone
- Assists in preparation of remittances to SSS, PhilHealth, and GSIS
- Assists in the implementation of the PHIVOLCS Learning and Development interventions organized by HRMD Section
- Assists in the implementation of PHIVOLCS Quality Management System
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
- At least 2 years college
Experience/Training/Competency
- Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
- Attention to details
