Brief Description of the Position
- Conduct regular and detailed monitoring of projects to track financial performance, implementation progress and timeliness against established schedules and budgets.
- Responsible for the timely update and maintenance of project dashboards to reflect the current and accurate status of all monitored projects.
- Actively participate in the improvement and development of reporting dashboards focused on project management, risk management, and quality management system.
- Provide administrative and logistical support during performance review sessions, planning conference events and other engagement activities implemented by the section.
- Liaise effectively with project leaders, division heads, and external stakeholders (where necessary) to obtain pertinent data, clarify performance issues, and facilitate efficient monitoring processes.
