Brief Description of the Position

  1. Conduct regular and detailed monitoring of projects to track financial performance, implementation progress and timeliness against established schedules and budgets.
  2. Responsible for the timely update and maintenance of project dashboards to reflect the current and accurate status of all monitored projects.
  3. Actively participate in the improvement and development of reporting dashboards focused on project management, risk management, and quality management system.
  4. Provide administrative and logistical support during performance review sessions, planning conference events and other engagement activities implemented by the section.
  5. Liaise effectively with project leaders, division heads, and external stakeholders (where necessary) to obtain pertinent data, clarify performance issues, and facilitate efficient monitoring processes.
