- Assist with the learning and development process by facilitating and monitoring learning and development interventions/activities.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and placement (RSP) process by facilitating employment exams and reference checks.
- Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Perform secretariat duties to HR-related committees as may be assigned.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned.
