Monthly Salary: PhP 24, 329

 

Job Description

● Review Memorandum of Agreement or other documents submitted by GeoRiskPH stakeholders
● Draft reports and articles relevant to GeoRiskPH trainings/workshops
● Record minutes of the meetings;
● Draft related administrative reports, as may be required by supervisor
● Analyze and assess project budget estimates, financial plans, and fund utilization
● Preferably able to review and draft contracts, and other related documents
● Collaborate with co-workers and other stakeholders
● Ensure that procurement requirements are submitted and met on time
● Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

 

Educational Background

● Bachelors Degree relevant to the job

 

Experience/Training/Competency

● Computer literate, proficient in microsoft tools, effective communication skills, organization skills
