Job Description
- Supports and assists the project leader in preparing administrative requirements
- Processes accounting- and HR-related documents of the project personnel
- Facilitates the timely accomplishment of the program’s planning, administrative requirements, and other documents
- Facilitates coordination and communication with LGs and other agencies
- Assists in fieldwork preparation and technical activities of the project
- Performs errands and assists in the conduct of fieldwork, data collection, encoding and other R&D tasks, if needed
- Assists in the design of the IC and walk-the-fault programs and information materials
- Performs other tasks related to the project that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably management or office administrative courses
Experience/Training/Competency
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (excel, word, ppt)
- Communication Skills – proficient in written and oral communication (English, Tagalog, Ilokano, Visaya, or other language is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge on the basic use of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc) is an advantage
- Able, willing, and fit to travel and conduct fieldworks.
- Creative thinking is an advantage.
