Monthly Salary: PhP 61,565.00

Job Description
1. Provide programming support for GIS and IT innovations by developing and maintaining system features that enhance spatial data processing and visualization;
2. Participate in the development of web and mobile applications aligned with project requirements, focusing on functionality, performance, and user experience;
3. Implement system integration solutions through the use of APIs and web services to enable seamless data exchange across platforms;
4. Design and develop entity-relationship diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to guide database structuring and interface development;
5. Serve as a technical resource and facilitator during system roll-outs, user training sessions, and onboarding activities for newly developed applications;
6. Actively gather user feedback during trainings, roll-outs, and post-deployment phases through interviews, surveys, and live demonstrations;
7. Analyze collected feedback to identify usability issues, performance concerns, and feature enhancement opportunities;
8. Collaborate with the development team to refine and improve system functionality based on user input and stakeholder recommendations;
9. Maintain open communication channels with end users to support continuous feedback loops and ensure the system evolves with user needs;
10. Assist in the planning and execution of project-related events and activities. such as exhibits, stakeholder meetings, and seminars—by providing technical support, presenting systems, and collecting real-time feedback.
11. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Project Leader and senior project staff.

 

Educational Background
– BS Information Technology; BS Computer Science; or any relevant courses

 

Experience/Training/Competency
– At least 1 year of experience in systems design and development (web and mobile), database maintenance, and other related work;
– With proficiency in programming and system development using Django (Python), React (JS), and React Native (JS)
– Knowledge in data security and data encryption is a plus; and
– With good interpersonal, honesty and communication skills
