Job Description
1. Support the development and documentation of user-friendly test scenarios
and communication plans to support testing phases and help prioritize testing-
related activities;
2. Engage with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document system
specifications using effective communication strategies;
3. Conduct interviews, focus group discussions, workshops, and surveys to
collect insights and understand business processes and user needs;
4. Create clear, organized, and accessible documentation of business
requirements, user needs, and system use cases tailored to both technical
and non-technical audiences;
5. Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle to ensure
accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project developments;
6. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development
teams, helping bridge gaps in understanding and expectations;
7. Translate complex or technical information into clear, non-technical language
for diverse audiences, and communicate stakeholder needs back to technical
teams effectively;
8. Analyze communication workflows and processes to identify gaps,
inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in information flow and user
experience;
9. Develop visual communication materials such as flowcharts, diagrams,
infographics, and simple prototypes to illustrate business and system
concepts;
10. Collaborate with design, development, and communications teams to ensure
that project outputs meet both functional goals and audience expectations;

11. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), helping to gather user feedback
and communicate issues or needed changes to the appropriate teams;
12. Support change management efforts by helping communicate changes in
scope, timelines, and requirements to all relevant stakeholders;
13. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Project Leader and senior
project staff.

Educational Background
– Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related
courses. Other courses: Industrial Engineering, Geology, Geography,
Geodetic Engineering.

Experience/Training/Competency
– Critical thinker; Analytical; Knowledgeable and skilled in Quality Assurance
frameworks and their applications, skilled in using graphic softwares
