Educational Background
– Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably management courses, office administrative courses
Job Description
1. Prepares and organize timely accomplishment of administrative requirements and other documents of the project (records management and inventory management)
2. Processes all accounting-related concerns of the project (budget tracking, pre and post-travel documents, cash advance, procurement, reimbursement, etc.)
3. Assists the Project Leader, Project Senior Technical Specialist and Project Technical Specialist IV (2 components)
4. Facilitate in the technical activities of the project
5. Facilitates coordination and communication with LGUs and other agencies
6. Assists in the conduct of fieldwork and data collection
7. Assists in inventory, maintaining and calibrating equipment and instruments
8. Perform other tasks as may be required
Experience/Training/Competency
1. Advanced administrative skills (excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines)
2. Wide knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other Project Management Tools
3. Proficient in written and oral communication (English and Filipino)
4. Able, willing, and fit to travel and conduct fieldworks
5. Detail oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, both independently and as part of a team
7. Can work with minimum supervision

Job Description
1. Conducts earthquake hazards mapping and research using geophysical, geomorphological, geological and AI techniques and instrumentation
2. Assists in the analysis and interpretation of processed data
3. Carries out research methods and activities in the project plan
4. Maintains equipment/instruments
5. Assists in writing of reports and publishable papers
6. Assists in operation/population/maintenance of databases
7. Assists in administrative tasks concerning the project
8. Presents results in written and oral manner
9. Performs other tasks related to the program that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
– Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geography, or related Earth sciences courses, Physics, or Engineering
Experience/Training/Competency
1. Basic field mapping and GIS skills
2. Able to communicate well with coworkers, partners and stakeholders
3. Able to manage work schedule and project activities
4. With good technical writing and presentation skills
5. With sound understanding of research topic principles and methodologies related to earthquake sources and effect
Preferably with experience in seismic instrumentation and processing, geological engineering, civil engineering
