Brief Description of the Position:
1. Files and Records signed vouchers with receipts to be submitted to Accounting (LDDAP/Checks -Trust Fund)
2. Assists in the preparation of Reports for LDDAP and vouchers issued (Regular /Trust Fund)
3. Files General Payroll (COA and CADS copy)
4. Prepares and encode payments of expenses to be submitted to Landbank of the Philippines Checks Regular/Trust
Fund)
5. Receives incoming and releasing of documents.
6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Monthly Salary: P 15,852

Educational Background: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018)
