Brief Description of the Position:
1. Assist with the learning and development process by facilitating and monitoring learning and development interventions/activities.
2. Assist with the recruitment, selection, and placement (RSP) process by facilitating employment exams and reference checks.
3. Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure data accuracy and consistency
4. Perform secretariat duties to HR-related committees as may be assigned.
5. Perform other functions as may be assigned.

Monthly Salary: P 16,833
Educational Background: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018)
