Brief Description of the Position:
1. Handles and administers the PHILGEPS posting of procurement projects and requirements.
2. Prepares bidding documents.
3. Prepares draft reports for GPPB compliance.
4. Handles procurement monitoring of projects for infrastructure, goods and services, including PPMS database.
5. Handles procurement activities – scheduling and preparation of the Minutes of Meetings and assist the Procurement Head in ensuring that activities comply with the procurement laws.
6. Handles suppliers and end-users inquiries.
7. Assists in the conduct of inventory of all PPE and prepares reports of inventory requirements;
8. Performs other functions as may be assigned.

Educational Background: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018)

Brief Description of the Position:
1. Prepares bidding documents and other requirements;
2. Assists in the PHILGEPS posting;
3. Monitors delivery of goods and services and prepares documents related to acceptance of the delivery;
4. Handles submission to COA of requirements related to deliveries;
5. Communicates with suppliers, end-users and inspector related to delivery schedule, delivered goods and warranty requirements;
6. Prepares property numbering, tagging of delivered goods and releasing to end-users;
7. Prepared reports of inventory requirements;
8. Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
