Employment status: Contract of Service

Contract Duration: October to December 31, 2025 (may be renewed if performance is satisfactory)

Education Background: Completion of 2 years of studies in college

Monthly Salary: P 21,064.00

Job Description:

  • Administers travel and other FAD-related documents (TO, IT, Procurement, Cash Advance, etc.)
  • Assists in coordination and communication with concerned LGUs
  • Coordinates and documents scheduled activities to ensure delivery of results on time
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time

Experience/Training/Competency:

  • Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to details
