Employment status: Contract of Services under PHIVOLCS locally-funded project

Contract Duration: November 1 to December 31, 2025 (may be renewed if performance is satisfactory)

Monthly Salary: PhP37,584

Job Description
– Assists in organizing and conducting GeoRiskPh trainings and other capacity building activities of DOST-PHIVOLCS
– Facilitates GeoRiskPH Trainings and other related engagements
– Assist in writing travel report, articles, and other documents required for trainings
– Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate training requirements and other logistics
– Communicate with stakeholders to ensure GeoRiskPH platforms are accessible and usable to stakeholders
– Manage social media platforms of GeoRiskPH
– Creates public material related to GeoRiskPH
– Conduct data cleansing and data management, create web maps and web apps for training
– Document GeoRiskPH related activities
– Supports in the maintenance of the GeoRiskPH Integrated Platform, GeoRiskPH Integrated (Database) System
– Draft papers/manuscripts for potential publication in peer-reviewed journals, as deemed necessary
– Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Educational Background: BS Geology, Geography, Geodetic or any Engineering course, BS Fine Arts, BS Multimedia Arts or Communications

Experience/Training/Competency: 
– With at least 2 years proven knowledge in web and article design and technical training facilitation
– With good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
