Implementing Agency: Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS)
Employment status: Contract of Services under PHIVOLCS locally-funded project
Job Description
- Assist in the processing of hazard and exposure data and calculates earthquake impacts
- Assist in coordination with stakeholder related to impact results and in processing administrative tasks
- Assist in the development of hazard monitoring tools
- Assist in facilitating scientific sessions related to hazards, exposure and impact calculations
- Assist in technical report writing
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Supervisor
Educational Background
- Graduate of any course such as BS Civil Engineering, Geology, Geography, Geodetic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any relevant BS Science / Engineering courses
Experience/Training/Competency
- Licensure is an advantage for profession requiring PRC board licenses
