Brief Description of the Position:
– Supervise the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Section;
– Ensure continuing alignment of the PHIVOCS Strategic Plan;
– Review Strategic Initiative Profiles, Operations Plans, Division Performance Plans and Reports;
– Reviews project plans and monitor the implementation of the projects of the Institute;
– Supervise the conduct of performance assessments;
– Coordinate with the Budget Section on the preparation of documents needed for budget proposal;
– Review reports/communication/correspondences to external and internal clients;
– Perform other functions that may be assigned.

Monthly Salary: P 78,162
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
