TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “Meals and Catering Services for TEACH VETDRR – Training for Disaster Risk Reduction Focal Persons (Quirino) “.  The ABC is ₱80,000.00

           

The opening of bids shall be on July 17, 2023, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

 

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.

 

Kindly submit your sealed quotations with the following requirements:

• Mayor’s/Business Permit
• PHILGEPS Registration Number
• Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
